1. Service Description
ContentChunky provides local SEO services including content creation, technical SEO optimization, and
Google Business Profile management. All content is human-reviewed before delivery. Services include:
- Custom SEO-optimized blog articles
- Keyword research and targeting
- Technical SEO audit and implementation
- Google Business Profile optimization
- Monthly ranking reports
2. Payment Terms

All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
- Articles delivered within 7 business days of each monthly cycle
- Delivery via direct publish to your CMS or Google Doc (your choice)
- You will be notified upon completion
- If delivery exceeds 10 business days, client may request a 20% discount on that month's fee

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of charge via email.
5. Content Ownership
- Upon payment, you own all delivered content
- ContentChunky retains no rights to published articles
- We may use anonymized samples for internal training only
6. Revisions
- 1 round of revisions included per article
- Revision requests within 7 days of delivery
- Revisions cover: factual errors, tone adjustments, and keyword changes
- Scope changes (new topic, different angle) are treated as new orders
- Additional revisions charged at £50/article
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide CMS access for publishing
- Respond to queries within 48 hours
- Ensure content usage complies with applicable laws
- Verify all facts, figures, and claims before publishing
8. CMS Access & Security
- CMS credentials are stored securely and used solely for content publishing
- Access is deleted upon request or 30 days after final delivery
9. Content Disclaimer
All content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or
professional advice. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before
publication. ContentChunky is not liable for errors, omissions, or consequences arising from
published content.
10. Limitation of Liability
ContentChunky is not liable for:
- SEO ranking results (we optimize, Google decides)
- Third-party platform issues
- Factual inaccuracies in published content (client responsibility to verify)
- Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. No long-term contracts — all services are
month-to-month.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
