3b. B2B Prospecting & Cold Email

We may contact businesses via email to introduce our services. This outreach is based on legitimate interest under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and is compliant with PECR Regulation 22A (B2B exemption).

  • We only contact corporate email addresses at businesses that may benefit from our services
  • Business contact details are sourced from publicly available directories (Google Business Profiles, company websites)
  • Every email includes a clear unsubscribe mechanism — you can opt out at any time
  • Prospect data is automatically deleted after 90 days if there is no response or engagement
  • We maintain a Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA) documenting our lawful basis for this processing

If you have received an email from us and wish to be removed from our records, email support@contentchunky.com and we will delete your data within 48 hours.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Prospect data (from B2B outreach): automatically deleted after 90 days of no engagement
